myfreepdf.org is an independent collection of 26 free PDF tools for everyday document tasks. Edit, sign, organize, and convert files in your browser without creating an account. Editing happens on your device. Choosing Save to My documents uploads a private copy to your account.

What you can do

Edit PDF supports existing text and image objects, new text, annotations, standard form fields, and drawn or typed signatures. Organize pages with reorder, rotate, duplicate, delete, and crop controls. Undo and Redo keep a limited history of recent edits while the document is open.

Know what your conversion preserves

• Select individual text pieces or whole paragraphs to edit existing PDF text. Replacement text wraps within the selected width; fonts, spacing, and overflow need a final check.
• Word conversions focus on text. Images, advanced formatting, and original layouts are not preserved.
• PDF to Excel estimates text columns. Review exported values and alignment. Spreadsheet to PDF uses cell values and available cached formula results.
• PDF to PowerPoint creates page images on slides. PowerPoint to PDF creates text handouts.
• OCR recognizes English text in scanned pages. Recognition can contain errors and does not recreate an editable layout.
• Compression and redaction rebuild pages as images, removing searchable text and fillable fields. Cropping only hides page edges.
• Signatures are visual marks, without signing certificates, identity verification, or an audit trail.

File limits and compatibility

Files can be up to 100 MB each, with up to 100 files and 200 MB total per batch. PDFs are limited to 500 pages. Device memory, unusual encodings, unsupported fonts, XFA forms, or damaged files may prevent an operation. Keep your original and review the downloaded result.
