What to include in a bug report

Tell us which tool you used, your browser and device, the approximate file size, and the error message or steps that failed. Describe whether the document has selectable text or scanned pages. A screenshot with private information removed can help.

Do not send passwords, signatures or confidential documents. Support email is handled by email providers; it is separate from the PDF tools, which process your files on your device.

Before you try again

Keep the original file. Try a smaller document, close unused tabs, and use a current browser. Download and check the result before leaving the workspace. For text conversion from scanned pages, use English OCR first.
