How to crop a PDF page

Adjust a page’s visible area to trim unwanted margins or focus on part of the document. The crop changes what is displayed without securely deleting the content outside it.

  1. Open your PDF and select the page you want to crop.
  2. Choose Crop and drag a rectangle around the area to keep.
  3. Review the new visible area and download the PDF.

Can cropping remove private information?

Cropping only hides page edges. Content outside the visible area may remain in the file. Use Redact to remove sensitive content from the exported document.
