How to merge PDF files

Combine separate PDF documents into one file for a report, application, or packet. Preview all pages together, then drag individual pages into the order you want before saving.

  1. Choose the PDF files you want to combine.
  2. Use the up and down controls to put the files in the right order.
  3. Select Preview & arrange pages, drag page thumbnails into order, then choose Save PDF.

Can I change the order of individual pages?

Yes. Select Preview & arrange pages to see all page thumbnails. Drag any page into a new position, or use Move earlier and Move later. You can also rotate, duplicate, or remove pages before saving. Review interactive forms and other advanced document features after merging.
